For starters, lose any preconceived notions that you need to "diet" in order to feel stronger, happier, and more energized. 1) Don't be overly restrictive – make small changes and make them positive, like adding more water to your day.
2) Plan ahead and make a shopping list.
3) Start with simple swaps. Don’t sacrifice flavor, try using honey or fruit instead of white sugar.
