How to Set Life Goals in 2020

Not having achieved some of your life goals can be one of the most daunting burdens that we carry. Tony Robbins has said, “setting goals is the first step to turning the invisible into the visible.” Most of us started thinking of the invisible at a young age when we were asked what we wanted to become in life, and some of those tender dreams grew and have become life goals. Some have even become guiding factors for a lot of our education and actions. However, setting life goals and following through with them is not something that everyone is well versed in.

If setting goals and missing the mark on follow-through sounds like where you’ve been, it is not the end of the world. Confucius says ‘when it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals – adjust the action steps.’
